COVID-19 Update For Our Customers
At 1st Class Fire Protection we are a family-run business, and greatly appreciate the loyalty and trust our customers have with us, and that’s why we wanted to share with you the precautions we are implementing, to keep our valued customers and staff members healthy and safe.
We are closely monitoring developments of the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and are following guidelines from the government and relevant health authorities including BAFE and the Fire Industry Association. Our staff have been fully briefed with up-to-date Government guidance to ensure the Health and Safety of themselves and our customers.
At 1st Class Fire Protection we service and maintain life safety systems and as such, those systems and customers need support during this current moment in time. We would like to assure all of our customers that we take all of our responsibilities seriously and the health and staff of our staff and customers remains the most important factor.
We are currently operating as normal within the governments guidelines relating to social distancing and working from home where possible, to ensure our customers systems are fully maintained and we continue to provide our emergency 24-hour call-outs to all of our customers as normal.
We will continue to monitor the situation and over the coming period, and we will update our page and advise customers if our service is required to change.
